How can a normal person earn 200,000 yuan in a year?

Having worked in the internet industry for 7 years, I've analyzed various projects.

To earn 200,000 RMB annually, your work needs to generate at least 20,000 RMB in monthly income.

The project I'm sharing today took me less than two months to go from a beginner to earning a guaranteed 18,000 RMB per month, and now it consistently brings me over 50,000 RMB monthly.

Everyone says no industry is easy to make money in, but every industry has its share of high earners who won't tell you. The truth is, if you find the right methods, making money isn't that difficult.

You have to try to reap the rewards.

Observe more, search more, and think more; you'll find many people making money effortlessly by typing on their keyboards. To achieve this kind of "sleep" income, you only need to do some simple accumulation at the beginning.

I recommend an easy-to-do project suitable for freelancers looking for projects and office workers looking for a side hustle:

Internet Information Flow .

In the era of "Internet+", the market for internet information flow is enormous. After accumulating customers, a stable income will naturally follow, and the key is that you don't need a huge customer base.

Information

Feed Formats

When using various apps, especially news apps like Tencent and Toutiao, besides browsing news articles, you've probably seen these kinds of ads that look like news but are labeled "ads" at the bottom.

They're usually related to games, real estate, and training/certification. You've definitely seen those "Come at me if you're a brother" ads.

Have you ever realized how widespread these information feeds are?

My first advertiser was a honey company, and in less than a month, they generated over 600,000 RMB in revenue, bringing me 60,000 RMB in income—all from just one client.

Media platforms like Toutiao, Baidu, and 360 all have a rebate mechanism for advertising.

For example, if a client pays us 10,000 RMB in advertising fees, and the media gives us a 10% rebate, then we only need to give the media about 9,000 RMB to achieve the effect of a 10,000 RMB ad. The remaining 1,000 RMB is our profit. With a little execution, once you've connected with a client, earning a conservative daily income of 600-1500 RMB is achievable.

Why would a business owner choose us over the media? The reason is simple: we act as a small agent. When you're buying a house, you're more likely to contact a real estate agent first, because they have more information, are familiar with the process, and may even get discounts. The same applies to internet advertising; it's all about information asymmetry.

Getting rebates from these media outlets is also very easy. Searching online for things like "Baidu five-star certification" will bring up a list of advertising companies offering firsthand rebates, or I can provide these channels for free.

Now for the important part:

once we have these media rebate channels, how do we connect with clients?

1. Contacting advertisers through ad portals:

Simple, but less precise. This method usually involves connecting with the company's customer service, and finding the responsible person requires searching through multiple layers of the internet.

2. Job websites or company homepages:

You can contact the client company's management through job postings or the company's homepage. This usually connects you with HR or administration, allowing you to reach someone with decision-making power.

3. Resource Matching Groups

Finding these active matching groups initially takes some time, but once you join, it becomes much easier. These resource groups are like fishponds, with different resources and needs, and it's easy to directly connect with the marketing managers of companies. You just need to match the needs in the group with the channels you have. After laying a solid foundation, the rest is just browsing the group's needs while you're on your phone.

The reason I'm sharing this project is twofold: first, I seriously overestimated most people's execution ability. Many people want to achieve results, but most only think about it; second, there are industry differences. You're working with loan industry clients, I'm working with education industry clients—there's not much competition between us, and I also have other projects underway. In the internet information flow field, I only need to connect with existing clients.

Action Overcomes Fear

Hesitation Breeds Confusion

I'm simply sharing this project; it seems simple, and it's easy to do, but very few people actually do it. The key is action and persistence. Thinking a lot is not as good as trying it out. You know Nike, right? Just do it.

If you're genuinely interested in trying it out, I can provide some reference groups. Then you can connect with clients and earn passively.

Finally: I spent several hundred yuan to buy this core Baidu search strategy, which is how I started. Some people buy it and then resell it. If you want it, comment or message me, and I can give it to you for free.

There's a kind of meeting that feels like a long-awaited encounter.

When     I first arrived in this city, the weather was a hazy, grayish white. It was already the height of summer, and there was a humid, stifling heat.     At the subway exit, I saw Mo Xiaobei struggling to find me in the crowd. She took my suitcase, then pretended to be incredibly strong, smiling happily at me and revealing her cute little tiger teeth. I followed Mo Xiaobei through several subway stops until we finally arrived at her rented room. The moment I opened the door, it felt like I had entered a disaster zone. Just as I had imagined, her room was a mess. Several pairs of shoes were scattered haphazardly on the floor, and bottles and jars were strewn about on the table, along with leftover food that had been moldy for days. I turned to look at Mo Xiaobei, who scratched her head sheepishly. "I haven't cleaned the house these past few days. Since you're here, could you help me tidy up?" I knew she was always like this, so I shook my head h...

How should parents guide their children to correctly understand themselves when faced with their own imperfections?

No one is perfect, and we must accept our own shortcomings. So, how should parents guide their children to correctly understand themselves when faced with their own imperfections? 01. Help children accept themselves. Every leaf in the world is different, and so are people. To help children accept themselves, parents must first help them accept their appearance. Even if they don't have big eyes or a high nose, they can compensate with other strengths. Everyone has their own unique beauty; appearance is just a superficial thing, and it will age with time, while the soul remains constant. Therefore, teach children not to be too concerned about their appearance, but to focus on learning and enriching their inner world. 02. Don't compare them to other children; let them surpass themselves. It's said that without comparison, there is no harm. This applies not only to adults but also to children. Some parents always compare their children to others, which can lead child...

I haven't forgotten Quanzhou Third Lane

I've lived in Quanzhou for half my life, and in Dongjie for so many years, I've never walked through Sanxiang Lane, even though it's right next door. Sometimes I would pass by without paying much attention; it's just a typical southern alley, 200-300 meters long and 2 meters wide. Someone who's lived in this city for over 20 years without much worldly success moved in to save on rent. I was fortunate enough to record a small segment of this alley's long history. At the intersection of Sanxiang Lane and Wenling Road, there's a newly built residential area—though it's been 15 years since then. The ground floor is like any other building, with shops on the ground floor. Across the street are some older houses, urban villages. The buildings along the roadside are also shops: senior citizens' associations, small factories, cigarette shops, hair salons, breakfast stalls, and fried dough twists—they were delicious, coated in sugar, and I often bought t...
